The blue case is in fact purple

Lovely case and quick delivery. Colour is nothing like colour on the website though and is purple/lilac

Amazing customer service

I ordered both a black and white case a couple weeks back and was sad to see my black case cracked a little bit once I dropped it. I reached out to agood company and they provided me with an additional black case free of charge. They even sent me a friendly video thanking me for everything. Unmatched customer service. Great company!

Perfect fit, tough build

When I bought this flip z, I got a plant-based cover from a different company because that's what the store had available. That case didn't last 3 months with me. So far, this case is holding up much better, and I can tell from the design that it will be more rugged. As a bonus, it is also less bulky! I love the design as well!

FAQ

What materials are used to make agood phone cases?

Our phone cases are made from locally sourced flax and hemp, which are plant-based materials that are renewable.

Are agood phone cases made with any harmful chemicals?

No, our phone cases are free from harmful chemicals like BPA, phthalates, and PVC.

How does agood phone case protect against drops?

Our phone cases provide everyday protection against bumps and scratches but also have shock-absorbing qualities that can help protect your phone against drops.

Are agood phone cases compatible with screen protectors?

Yes! Our phone cases are designed to be compatible with most screen protectors, so you can add an extra layer of protection for your phone.

Can agood phone cases protect against water damage?

While our phone cases are not designed to be waterproof, they can provide some protection against water damage from spills or light rain.

How much should a phone case typically cost?

The average price of a phone case is €22-€46, however, this is dependent on the materials used. Our prices fall in the middle of that average, however, the majority of phone cases don’t consider the environmental cost. That’s why when you go for our mobile cases, it falls in the average price yet has little to no environmental cost.

How does agood phone case compare to traditional plastic cases?

Our phone cases are made from plant-based materials, making them a more sustainable alternative to traditional plastic cases. They are also compostable and can be recycled through our agood loop program.

How do I dispose of my phone case?

You can dispose of your agood phone case by sending it back to us through our agood loop program, where we will recycle it into a new case. Alternatively, you can dispose of it in a compost bin, where it will biodegrade naturally.

What is the agood loop and how does it work?

agood loop is our circular program where customers can send their old phone cases back to us. We then turn them into new cases using our circular production process, minimizing waste and reducing our environmental impact.

How do I care for my agood phone case?

You can clean your agood phone case with warm water and soap or hand wash. Avoid using abrasive cleaning products like bleach or solvents, which may damage the case.

What is the difference between biodegradable and compostable?

Knowing the difference is important when making purchasing decisions. Compostable products are a better choice than biodegradable ones, as some products marketed as biodegradable may not actually break down in landfills. Biodegradability refers to whether a substance can break down after undergoing metabolic or enzymatic processes, but there is no time frame or requirement for what's left after completion.

On the other hand, compostable products must meet specific legal obligations, including a recipe for the material, a required duration of time for decomposition, and specific conditions for decomposition to occur. For example, packaging designed to be composted must comply with ASTM D6868 certification.

Learn more about the difference between biodegradable and compostable products.

Are agood mobile cases actually compostable?

Yes! When we designed our circular mobile cases we made sure that, if you don't want to send them back to be recycled, then they can be composted in your back garden and safely returned to the biosphere from which they came (they're made from plants, you know).
