agood loop

agood loop program began with one of the most significant questions we asked ourselves when discussing environmental issues in relation to consumerism: "What happens to our products when customers are done with them?"

All of our products are designed in a way that allows us to re-purpose them into something else, and we strongly believe in a circular economy. So, agood loop was the perfect answer to our question.

Here’s how agood loop works:

  • When you buy something from agood company, you enter a good loop.
  • When you're done with your product, simply return it to us, and if you'd like, swap it for something else.
  • Just go to loop.agood.com and input your order number and email address.
  • We'll then send you an RMA number and request that you return your product to us. After that, we'll send you a discount code for your next purchase. It's super simple!

One step further:

While our agood loop program works great and helps reduce environmental damage, we came to a better understanding of shipping and transportation effects on the environment. With agood loop 2.0, we aim to minimize the damage related to shipping.

Thanks to our strong community around Europe, together, we can make the return process much more sustainable and efficient. To facilitate this, we've created the agood loop box (made from recycled nylon) that can fit multiple items and send them back all in one take.

The process will work like this:

  • The customer triggers a swap via loop.agood.com.
  • They receive an address close to their location to send the goods to.
  • Each "looper," a member of our community, receives the package and confirms its receipt to our team.
  • We trigger the swap process.
  • When the bigger box is full, we collect it and ship it to Lidingö, Sweden.
  • We pick up the box and take it back to one of our hubs where we then separate the different items to various circular hubs.

We believe that we can save up to 30% of the carbon emissions for each return by locating the return address closer to the customer.

The more we can ship in bulk, the more eco-friendly the solution becomes.
