Good quality products. Unfortunately living in North America means very long distance shipping- not helpful for environment
So I took a chance and ordered several of these, as I liked the company ethos, and TENCEL Lyocell is one of the fabrics I most prefer to wear due to its resilience, natural silkiness, and antimicrobial nature, as well as breathability. Plain old cotton now seems overly weighty and wet (when you sweat).
So I bought both the boxer briefs and the trunks in TENCEL Lyocell and really like both. They feel great.
I HOPE that A Good Co will endeavor to make TENCEL/Lyocell T-shirts (short sleeve and long sleeve versions!) and perhaps a hoodie or two.
In addition to the wonderful tactile and sensory qualities of TENCEL, the fact that it is produced in a much more environmentally aware and non-polluting manner is a big benefit and something I wish more manufacturers would attempt to improve (pollutants and vast water usage with cotton growth, bleaching, manufacturing etc just for one 'natural' product).
And how about some socks?! Looking forward to what comes next.
I wasn't sure what to expect but after washing them then lint-rolling them (they shed a lot of lint after the first wash), they've become my favorite pair of underwear.
They fit well (according to the size chart), they breathe great, and they don't take overly long to dry. I'm definitely going to buy more.
Even after repeated washes they are soft as the first time!
