Retouren
We bieden geen gratis retouren aan, om zodoende bewust consumptiegedrag aan te moedigen. Daarentegen bieden we niet goed-geld terug garantie wanneer een product beschadigd is of niet past.Dat geldt voor de eerste keer dat je iets koopt en is inwisselbaar tot 30 dagen na de aankoopdatum. Breng gewoon onze klantenservice op de hoogte om het proces in gang te zetten.

Als je je aansluit bij ons circulaire systeem, agood loop™, kun je je oude etui inruilen voor iets nieuws. We slijpen je etui opnieuw en gebruiken de materialen in toekomstige productie, waardoor je verzekerd bent van nul afval.
