You can raise a concern about anything that doesn’t align with our values, including:

  • Unfair treatment or workplace concerns

  • Discrimination, harassment, or unethical behaviour

  • Breaches of our Code of Conduct

  • Legal or regulatory issues

  • Environmental or social impacts linked to our business or partners

  • You feel uncomfortable raising the issue internally

Our approach

We aim to handle concerns in a fair and timely way. Depending on the situation, this may include:

  • Dialogue or mediation

  • Changes to processes or ways of working

  • Training or guidance

  • Corrective or disciplinary action

We also use what we learn to improve how we operate.

Speaking up is an important part of how we operate as a responsible business.  It helps us identify risks, protect people, and strengthen trust across our value chain.

Speak-up Handling Pledge

For every concern raised, agood commits to:

  1. Treat all disclosures seriously, fairly, and consistently.

  2. Acknowledge receipt of the report in a timely manner.

  3. Provide appropriate support to the concern raiser during what may be a difficult time (including mentoring, advice, or counselling where appropriate).

  4. Protect the concern raiser from any form of retaliation.

  5. Respect and document confidentiality requests in line with applicable requirements.

  6. Keep the concern raiser appropriately informed of progress and outcomes.

  7. Allow the concern raiser and, where appropriate, the respondent to be accompanied by a trade union representative or colleague at relevant meetings.

  8. Facilitate fair and proportionate resolution measures based on the nature and severity of the issue.

  9. Document, monitor, and use insights from cases to support continuous improvement.
