Climate Action Plan - (2025 - 2035)
At agood Company, we reduce emissions across our operations and value chain in support of limiting global warming to 1.5°C. This Climate Action Plan, approved by our leadership, outlines the actions we are taking and how we will continue to improve over time.
Where we are today
Our total emissions for 2024 are 296.9 tCO₂e, covering Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, including product production, logistics, and suppliers. This gives us a clear starting point to track progress and guide our decisions.
We have already taken meaningful steps to reduce emissions intensity by improving material choices, supplier decisions, and logistics planning. These improvements establish a strong foundation for long‑term climate efficiency.
What we focus on
We focus on the areas where we have the most impact across our value chain:

Product & Production – improving materials and working closely with suppliers

Product Design – using Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) to guide better decisions

Logistics & Freight – reducing emissions from transport and improving planning

Packaging – reducing unnecessary materials and increasing lower-impact options
What we aim to achieve (2025–2035)
We focus on practical, measurable progress. We aim to:

Reduce and maintain carbon emissions intensity at least 40% lower than our 2024 level through 2030, even as production volumes and business activity grow.

Conduct Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) for 100% of our products and use insights to inform product design improvements.

Ensure 90% of shipment volume or value uses lower-emission transport modes, where feasible.

All new product innovations introduced into the market should be 100% circular

Reduce urgent shipments through improved planning and logistics optimisation.
How we work
This work is led internally across product, operations, and leadership teams. Responsibilities are clearly defined within our internal action plans, and we build on our existing processes as we grow.
Working with others
We work with suppliers, logistics partners, and customers to support these actions. This includes improving standards in our supply chain, making better transport choices, and helping customers choose more sustainable products.
Review and progress
We review our progress every year and update this plan at least every 36 months to reflect what we learn and where we can improve.
Beyond climate
Through our products, we also contribute to broader environmental and social impact, including supporting access to clean water in underserved communities. While this is not a direct climate action, it is an important part of how we operate as a responsible company.
