At agood company we offer a climate compensated delivery.

What’s the time of delivery?

Our delivery time is usually 3-5 working days on eco-delivery shipping and 1-3 days on Express shipping. 

You can track your parcel by accessing your account, or by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. Remember it may take up to 48 hours to trace a parcel after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

What's the minimum order value?
Our minimum order is €5, no delivery charge will be applied if €35 or above to most countries. 

Are all your products in stock?
In normal circumstances, all the products displayed on our site are in stock. Should we experience huge orders of short duration for certain products, our systems may be temporarily out of sync. If that is ever the case we will contact you immediately so that you can change your order or cancel the order at no charge.

Do you offer express delivery?
We offer express delivery dispatch to most countries.

Customs

As a general rule,  customs duties depend on each country, and as you may understand, it is not within our control. We strongly encourage you to look up if there are any customs duties applicable in your country. 

For orders within the EU, all costs are covered and no other costs than visual at agood company, will be added.

When might I be charged customs?

• EU:  No worries whatsoever; customs are always included.
• UK: (Since January 1st, 2021) Since Brexit we cover all VAT and customs fees on orders with a value of up to 135£. Above 135£ it is the customer that needs to cover these fees.
• USA:  agood company covers all customs and import duties on an order value of up to $800. (US Dollars) If your order's value exceeds $800 you will be responsible for any customs and import duties payable.
• Canada: We have experienced an irregular pattern with Canada, where most orders are not applied customs fees but sometimes they do. We encourage you to find out more details about Canadian customs fee rules.
• Mexico: Aside from customs duties charges, you may be charged a disbursement and brokerage fees. These fees will be charged regardless of the price of your parcel. We have no control over these charges either.
• Brazil: Applies customs duties. As a approximate estimation, for an order of 35 USDBrazilian customs charges 60 USD in customs duties. However, note that the actual customs fee price will vary depending on the package weight and the order value.
• Argentina: Applies customs duties. As a approximate estimation, for an order of 35 USD Argentine customs charge 60 USD in customs duties. However, note that the actual customs fee price will vary depending on the package weight and the order value.
• Chile: Applies customs duties. As a approximate estimation, for an order of 75 USD Chilean customs charge 55USD in customs duties. However, note that the actual customs fee price will vary depending on the package weight and the order value.
• Norway: Customs fees are included if your order is under NOK 270.
• Switzerland: Aside from customs duties charges, you may be charged a disbursement and brokerage fees. These fees will be charged regardless of the price of your parcel. We have no control over these charges either.
• Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania countries: Occasionally, we have seen that asides from customs duties charges, you may be charged a disbursement fee and a brokerage fee. These fees will be charged regardless of the price of your parcel. We have no control over these charges either. We haven't seen these charges applied often.
